In a context where expectations of managers are increasingly high, this "individual support for managers" training course fully meets the strategic challenges of modern management. It aims to equip managers, whatever their level of experience, to master all the key skills required for effective, human management. Thanks to individualized support provided by an expert coach, participants acquire concrete and directly applicable best practices, covering all aspects of the profession: leadership, communication, team management, decision-making, managerial posture, etc. The aim: to bring about lasting change in managerial practice, in the interests of collective performance and well-being in the workplace.
The individual coaching offered by Inéa Conseil is based on a methodology structured in several key stages. It begins with the design of a customized management framework, aligned with the company's strategic and cultural challenges (Chapter 1). This customized framework enables managerial practices to be assessed in a relevant and contextualized way. A 360° evaluation questionnaire is then sent out (Chapter 2), to be completed online by the beneficiary, but also by his or her hierarchy, colleagues and collaborators, in order to cross-reference perceptions and identify strengths and areas for improvement. From this data, a detailed report is produced, then analyzed during an in-depth debriefing with the trainer (Chapter 3). On this basis, targeted progress objectives are defined jointly with management (Chapter 4), ensuring alignment between individual expectations and organizational needs. The course also includes reflective work to help managers become aware of their perception of reality and better adjust their behavior (Chapter 5). Lastly, a shared assessment with management (Chapter 6) brings the program to a close, making it possible to measure concrete progress and ensure that what has been learnt is sustained over time.
Our training courses are based on active, immersive teaching methods rooted in real life. Each topic is explored through scenarios directly related to the participants' jobs, facilitating immediate application in their daily professional lives.
We also incorporate film clips, educational games, examples of good/bad practices, and explanatory videos to promote awareness, emotion... and a little humor, because we learn better when we can breathe. Learning is supported by a variety of materials: illustrations, practical fact sheets, summary cards, guided exercises, questionnaires, and operational documents that can then be used in the field.
Finally, the emphasis is on each person's successes and strengths, in order to boost confidence, motivation, and the desire to progress throughout the course.

Depending on your availability: Our sessions are open continuously. For group sessions, the start date is confirmed once four people have registered. Registration is possible up to two weeks before the first session.
Training courses are available throughout the year, either in person (at your premises or in our dedicated rooms in Levallois, depending on the agreed arrangement) or remotely via Microsoft Teams or any other videoconferencing tool compatible with the internal constraints of your organization and our training organization.
For e-learning courses, we use our Learnybox platform, which can be accessed from a computer, tablet, or smartphone (equipment required for training). The content includes videos, interactive exercises, online resources, SCORM modules, downloadable documents, and training materials.
