What is the content of the "Individual coaching for managers" training course?

The individual coaching offered by Inéa Conseil is based on a methodology structured in several key stages. It begins with the design of a customized management framework, aligned with the company's strategic and cultural challenges (Chapter 1). This customized framework enables managerial practices to be assessed in a relevant and contextualized way. A 360° evaluation questionnaire is then sent out (Chapter 2), to be completed online by the beneficiary, but also by his or her hierarchy, colleagues and collaborators, in order to cross-reference perceptions and identify strengths and areas for improvement. From this data, a detailed report is produced, then analyzed during an in-depth debriefing with the trainer (Chapter 3). On this basis, targeted progress objectives are defined jointly with management (Chapter 4), ensuring alignment between individual expectations and organizational needs. The course also includes reflective work to help managers become aware of their perception of reality and better adjust their behavior (Chapter 5). Lastly, a shared assessment with management (Chapter 6) brings the program to a close, making it possible to measure concrete progress and ensure that what has been learnt is sustained over time.

Nous intégrons également des extraits de films, jeux pédagogiques, scènes de bonnes/mauvaises pratiques et vidéos explicatives pour favoriser la prise de conscience, l’émotion… et un peu d’humour, parce qu’on apprend mieux quand on respire. L’apprentissage est soutenu par des supports variés : illustrations, fiches pratiques, cartes de synthèse, exercices guidés, questionnaires, documents opérationnels utilisables ensuite sur le terrain.
Enfin, l’accent est mis sur les réussites et points forts de chacun, afin de renforcer la confiance, la motivation et l’envie de progresser tout au long du parcours.

La progression est suivie tout au long du parcours grâce à un dispositif structuré et orienté vers la mise en action avec :

  • Une grille d’auto-diagnostic complétée au démarrage puis en fin de formation. Le participant évalue son niveau de confiance sur chaque compétence visée. Cette évaluation en paliers permet de visualiser immédiatement la progression et les axes de consolidation.
  • Des objectifs opérationnels définis à l’issue de chaque séquence. Le participant identifie les actions concrètes qu’il compte mettre en œuvre, garantissant le transfert des compétences sur son poste.
  • Des mises en pratique régulières : études de cas, exercices guidés, simulations et mises en situation permettant de vérifier la compréhension réelle et l’appropriation durable des compétences.

 

Ce dispositif d’évaluation offre une vision claire et mesurable de l’évolution du participant, tant sur son niveau de maîtrise que sur sa confiance à mobiliser les compétences en situation professionnelle.

This course is reserved for managers who have already followed one of our training programs and who wish to deepen their training. It enables you to master all the skills required for optimal management, such as the acquisition of best practices in all aspects of the job, thanks to support from an expert coach.

Les formations sont accessibles tout au long de l’année, en présentiel (dans vos locaux, ou dans nos salles dédiées à Levallois, selon l’organisation convenue) et à distance via Microsoft Teams ou tout autre outil de visio-conférence compatibles avec les contraintes internes de votre organisation et de notre organisme de formation.
Pour les parcours en e-learning, nous utilisons notre plateforme Learnybox, depuis ordinateur, tablette ou smartphone (équipement requis pour la formation). Le contenu intègre : des vidéos, des exercices interactifs, des ressources en ligne, des modules SCORM, des documents téléchargeables et des supports d’entraînement.

Nos formations peuvent être suivies en individuel ou en collectif.
En session collective, la formation est assurée dès 4 participants, pour un maximum de 12 participants afin de garantir un accompagnement personnalisé, des échanges riches et un suivi attentif des mises en pratique.

How much does this course cost?

At Inéa Conseil, there are 4 formulas described below, and we also develop customized programs according to your needs and budget. The formulas include coaching with an expert, as well as training modules that can be followed face-to-face, on a hybrid basis or completely remotely:

Impulse Pack : 1,150 € offering 1 coaching session and 20 hours of training.
Pack Décollage: €1,950 offering 3 to 5 coaching sessions and 30 hours of training.
Pack Décollage + : €2,950 offering 6 to 8 coaching sessions and 40h of training.
Propulsion Pack: €4,400 offering 12 to 14 coaching sessions and 40 hours of training.
