What is the content of the "Mobilize your teams to protect your organization from cybersecurity risks" training course?
The content of this cybersecurity training course is divided into 8 chapters:
- Chapter 1 - Understanding the managerial and economic challenges of cybersecurity and mastering the concepts
- Chapter 2 - Understanding the techniques used by cyber-malicious adversaries to better protect your organization
- Chapter 3 - Identify the company's key assets and target priority actions to protect them from the consequences of cyber-malicious acts (theft, exfiltration, destruction).
- Chapter 4 - Understanding cybersecurity regulations to help your organization achieve compliance.
- Chapter 5 - Conducting a business continuity strategy to minimize the financial impact and ensure the economic survival of the company in case of an attack
- Chapter 6 - Leading Internal and External Teams and Stakeholders during a Cyber Crisis to Restore Operations and Ensure Economic Survival
- Chapter 7 - Engaging teams on cyber security issues using managerial and cultural levers to prevent cyber risks
- Chapter 8 - Understanding the legal framework by mastering the legal conventions and identifying the key players in charge of cyber security to ensure an appropriate response after an attack
Our training courses are based on active, immersive teaching methods rooted in real life. Each topic is explored through scenarios directly related to the participants' jobs, facilitating immediate application in their daily professional lives.
We also incorporate film clips, educational games, examples of good/bad practices, and explanatory videos to promote awareness, emotion... and a little humor, because we learn better when we can breathe. Learning is supported by a variety of materials: illustrations, practical fact sheets, summary cards, guided exercises, questionnaires, and operational documents that can then be used in the field.
Finally, the emphasis is on each person's successes and strengths, in order to boost confidence, motivation, and the desire to progress throughout the course.
What are the objectives and methods for assessing the skills acquired?

You will have identified the key company assets and data you wish to protect, and developed an action plan to reduce risks and ensure safeguards. - Business continuity strategy
You will have identified and implemented actions to ensure business continuity even in the event of a cyber attack (server or data inaccessible, ransomware...). - Ability to react in the event of an attack
You'll be able to mobilize your team to react during a cyber attack and make the best decisions.
Progress is monitored throughout the program thanks to a structured, action-oriented approach that includes:
- A self-assessment grid completed at the start and end of the training course. Participants evaluate their confidence level for each targeted skill. This step-by-step assessment allows them to immediately see their progress and areas for improvement.
- Operational objectives defined at the end of each sequence. Participants identify the specific actions they intend to implement, ensuring the transfer of skills to their job.
- Regular practical application: case studies, guided exercises, simulations, and role-playing to verify real understanding and lasting mastery of skills.
This assessment tool provides a clear and measurable overview of the participant's progress, both in terms of their level of proficiency and their confidence in applying their skills in a professional setting.

The course leads to certification as a "Mobilize your teams to protect your organization from cyber security risks"The aim of this certification is to enable you to acquire the management skills needed to prevent and react to proven acts of cyber-maliciousness: identify, classify sensitive data and implement measures to protect them, ensure compliance of uses for personal data (RGPD), understand the strategies used by cyber criminals to organize the organization's defense systems, identify human vulnerabilities or those linked to digitized processes that can be used by cyber criminals, develop solutions to preserve business continuity and minimize the impact of acts of cyber malevolence, and mobilize teams in the event of a suspected or proven cyber attack.
Training dates and locations
Training courses are available throughout the year, either in person (at your premises or in our dedicated rooms in Levallois, depending on the agreed arrangement) or remotely via Microsoft Teams or any other videoconferencing tool compatible with the internal constraints of your organization and our training organization.
For e-learning courses, we use our Learnybox platform, which can be accessed from a computer, tablet, or smartphone (equipment required for training). The content includes videos, interactive exercises, online resources, SCORM modules, downloadable documents, and training materials.
Our training courses can be taken individually or in groups.
In group sessions, training is provided for a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 12 participants in order to guarantee personalized support, rich exchanges, and careful monitoring of practical application.

Collectif présentiel, 1900€ : 3 jours de formation, dans nos locaux ou sur site
Collectif hybride, 1450€ : 3 sessions de 3h en distanciel, ainsi que 12h de formation en e-learning à suivre à votre rythme.
