Chapter 1 - Becoming aware of the different representations of disability in companies
Chapter 2 - Overcoming preconceived notions and talking about disability
Chapter 3 - Understanding the Legal Provisions for the Employment of Disabled Workers
Chapter 4 - Knowing the different actors and their role in facilitating the integration and retention of disabled workers in the company
Objectives
Acquire knowledge of disability issues
Raise awareness of disability issues and make employees feel comfortable about them
To have an adapted behavior with people with disabilities
Put into practice the knowledge acquired in order to adapt to situations of disability
To make known the different actors and institutions authorized to deal with questions relating to disability in companies
Know the aid and organizations that can assist employees in adapting a position to a disability situation
Target audience and prerequisites
Get certified
At the end of this management training course, you can obtain a certification recognized by France Compétence. The "Team performance management" can be tailored to your specific needs. This training leads to a certification registered in the Répertoire Spécifique (RS6910) by our organization on 28/11/2024, with an expiry date of 28/11/2026, which validates your management skills in a context of change, particularly digital transition.
